The services weren't provided, so the University of Hawaii at West Oahu is refunding student fees it collected for transportation, technology and health services last semester. That means each student will get 64-dollars back or it can be applied to the source of the student's financial aid. The fees were charged before the services actually existed at the new campus. West Oahu says it's actively working to establish the services this semester. West Oahu staff will review payment records of 2,400 students to determine who is eligible for refunds and where it should direct the refunds. The school doesn't yet know the total value of the refunds.
